Our humanized artificial intelligence that processes conversations to provide automatic responses to end customers. AI is continuously trained to improve response quality.
Connections with external platforms like WhatsApp Business API, Meta Platforms, Telegram API, email providers, which process data according to their own privacy policies.
We collect: (1) Business account data: name, email, phone, payment data; (2) Technical data: usage logs, IP, device, browser; (3) Conversation data: messages between company and end customers, attachments, metadata; (4) Settings: AI customization, automations, activated integrations.
We use data to: provide customer service, train our AI for better quality, process payments, send system notifications, provide technical support, comply with legal obligations, improve our platform. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Our AI processes conversations to: generate automatic responses, detect customer intentions, classify tickets, suggest responses to human agents, analyze sentiment, continuously improve through machine learning. You can disable AI processing at any time.
We share data only when necessary: with authorized integrations (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.), payment processors (Stripe), infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud), in case of legal obligation, or with your explicit consent. We never sell personal data.

We maintain data for the period of active subscription plus: account data for 5 years (tax obligations), conversations according to contracted plan (6-36 months), system logs for 1 year, payment data according to legal requirements. After these periods, data is anonymized or deleted.
Data may be processed on servers in the United States and Canada, always with adequate protections via standard contractual clauses, adequacy certifications, or other mechanisms recognized by data protection authorities.
