Welcome to Chatzee. By contracting or using our customer service platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

1. Service Description

Chatzee is a customer service platform that combines artificial intelligence (Humanized AI Agent), automation, and multiple communication channels (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Email, SMS, Website Chat) into a unified solution. Our platform processes conversations and customer data to optimize customer service.

2. Subscription and Payment

By contracting our plans (starting at $17/month), you agree to pay monthly fees according to the chosen plan. All payments are processed via Stripe and charged in advance. Cancellations can be made at any time, but there is no pro-rata refund for the period already paid.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our AI Agent processes your customers' messages to provide automatic responses. The AI is trained to maintain your brand's context and tone. You are responsible for supervising and adjusting AI responses as needed. The AI may make mistakes and requires human oversight.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Chatzee integrates with WhatsApp Business API, Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, and other platforms. These integrations are subject to the terms of service of each platform. We are not responsible for changes in APIs or policies of these third-party platforms.

5. Customer Data and Privacy

You maintain full ownership of your customers' data. We process this data only to provide the customer service. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate consent from your customers to process their data through our platform, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Chatzee for: sending spam, illegal content, offensive material, phishing, or violating third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or the terms of integrated platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Chatzee software, our AI, and technology are owned by Zee Labs LLC. You maintain ownership of your data, content, and settings. We grant a non-exclusive license to use our platform while your subscription is active.

8. Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. We perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. In case of prolonged unavailability (>24h), we offer proportional credits on the next invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for subscription in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for: loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or indirect damages. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate use. In case of termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming, with parties waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
